Shipping Destinations:

We are pleased to offer shipping to the United Kingdom (UK).

At this time, we currently only ship to these three locations. Please check back in the future for updates on additional shipping destinations.

Order Cutoff Time:

Our daily order cutoff time is 05:00 (5:00 AM) GMT+00:00 (Edinburgh, London time zone). Any orders placed after this time will be processed starting the following business day.

Order Processing Time:

Once you place your order, our team gets to work! Our order processing time is typically 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). During this time, we verify your order, prepare your item(s), and package them securely for shipping.

Please note that orders placed after our daily cutoff time will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping time: 

After processing, your order will be shipped via a trusted carrier, with an Shipping time of 5–8 business days (Monday–Friday).

Estimated Total Delivery Time:

The total delivery time is the sum of our processing time and the shipping time. Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is typically 6 to 11 business days (Monday to Friday).

Please keep in mind that these are estimated delivery times and can occasionally vary due to factors outside of our control, such as customs processing, unforeseen weather events, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs:

We are happy to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom (UK).

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery directly through the shipping carrier’s website.

• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
• While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such rare cases.
• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery issues. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information.
